Wishcasting Wednesday: What Do You Wish to Focus On?

I wish to Focus on Me.

Maybe to some of you that sound selfish but you have to try to understand. I am a giver. I do everything for everybody, but me. I will give you the shirt off my back, I will help you in any way I can, I will do everything for you.

This time, this year, this moment, I need to Focus on Me.

I need to do things for me.
I need to trust myself.
I need to trust my Truthteller.
I need to work for me.
I need to find living for me that works for me.
I need to make myself happy.
I need to make myself sparkle.
I need to make myself shine.
I need to take care of me.

I recently have been sick. I was down for a week and not well for the week after that. I have not done much good in this matter. I am not helping others if I am not helping myself. I am starting to realize this. I am also seeing how I need to take care of myself so I CAN be there for others.

So you ask, what do I wish to focus on? I wish to focus on me.

  1. not one bit shelfish. when we do better for ourselves and include
a little self care in each day, that is when we can show up for others
and the life that is ours.

as you wish, i wish too.

  2. This is a wonderful wish and not selfish at all. We have to take care of ourselves in order to be able to help others. As you wish for yourself, I wish for you as well.

  9. Dear Trisha,
It is never selfish to refill the reservoir. We can never quench the thirst of others if we have no water to give of our own. Anytime that is spent in reviving or loving ourselves is actually a selfless act in a way...as we only pass on the benefit of that by having more to give to others. Sometimes, though we need to be the recipient and not the giver and a time of refreshing and self care is the best we can do for ourselves and for those we care about. Good for you for realizing your needs and not burning yourself out! As you wish for yourself, so I wish for you also!

  15. Filling yourself up is not selfish - it is actually self-less to be the best, most cared for, most fabulous you possible - if you're cared for you have more to give, and you inspire others to be their most fabulous selves too. As you wish for yourself, I wish for you also. x
